We stayed in a small Travelodge in Bath above a Tesco, Starbucks and an ice-cream shop.

Lots of Bath looked quite similar to the streets and buildings in Edinburgh.

We walked to the Circus which is a group of apartments and houses in a huge circle shape.

We then walked up to the Royal Crescent, which again is lots of housing in a large crescent shape. I think that the original architects in Bath really liked circular streets and houses!
Some of the windows in the houses were bricked up, which was done a lot in 1696 and 1851 when the ‘window tax’ was introduced.
We then got dinner and went back to the hotel.
