The other day, we caught the tube for the first time. We went to Tottenham Court Road. We spent nearly an hour waiting in line to get into the British Museum. Here are some of the things we saw in the museum:
Peter Rabbit: Hieroglyph Edition!

This is an ancient Egyptian body!

A marble statue of Emperor Tiberius.

And Julius Caeser…well, half of him!

The Rosetta Stone

After that, we walked to King’s Cross Station. We passed many other famous places, like the British Library, St Pancras and a building that is believed to be Charles Dicken’s house.
In King’s Cross, we went to Platform 9 ¾ and the massive Harry Potter shop there. We didn’t spend very long at King’s Cross, but we caught the train from there back home.
